Amazing accommodation and very friendly staff

I live in the Deluxe Balcony Studio and the room is fantastic. Maintenance issues are rare but resolved quickly, and the size of the balcony will surprise you. The accom has a communal kitchen, bike storage, gym, and a common area, all of which are incredibly clean throughout (including hallways) and the decor is some of the best i've seen. The neighbourhood is peaceful and has with well-paved roads, if you enjoy running or cycling, along with a corner shop up the road. Everything you would really need is in the nearby area, particularly cannon park shopping centre, and Warwick uni is at a convenient distance.

I love this apartment

Burnsall house is very good, fully equipped, with all the daily necessities in the room, even a washing machine! At the same time, the apartment staff provides very warm service. When there is a problem with the room facilities, they can solve it very timely and quickly!

I would highly recommend

Fabulous accommodation and extremely kind, helpful and friendly staff. The whole building is very spacious and modern with a variety of facilities such as a gym, social area, parcel collection, indoor bike storage and study spaces. The rooms themselves are very spacious and modern, with an amazing number of amenities such as a washing machine included, various mirrors, a spacious wardrobe and under-bed storage. The location is perfect due to it being a reasonable distance from a variety of shops and the University of Warwick campus. Greatly enjoying my stay :)
