Graystacks

Graystacks has been a fantastic experience for me and I’m really glad I chose this accommodation. The kitchens are cleaned every week, and I have amazing stack mates. I’ve made some really good friends here! Tammara is a wonderful manager who is always willing to help, and we regularly have really nice conversations. It feels great to have someone so friendly and welcoming around. she’s truly gone above and beyond for me and I’m really grateful for her support. Maintenance issues are always taken care of without any delays, usually within 24 hours, which makes my experience even better. The maintenance man is also really nice and friendly. All in all, I would highly recommend this place!

My experience at Graystacks Accommodation in Nottingham has honestly been exceptional. From the moment I moved in, everything felt thoughtfully designed and professionally managed. One of the standout features is the weekly cleaning service, which keeps the space fresh and comfortable without any extra hassle. The 24/7 assistance provides real peace of mind — knowing support is always available makes a huge difference, especially for students living away from home. The location is ideal: close to the city centre, yet beautifully surrounded by nature. The society area itself is aesthetically pleasing, calm, and safe, with a very well-structured security system that makes you feel protected at all times. The facilities are impressive — free washing and dryer services are a massive bonus. Overall, Graystacks feels almost too good to be true — especially considering the bargain price for what you receive.

I am a third year student and this is the best accommodation I have come across in Nottingham. It is located right in between the Uni of Campus and the city centre which is the perfect location for me. The rooms and social spaces are very modern - the whole place feels like it has been designed with students in mind as well. There are good facilities here (e.g. washing machine and drier for each stack). It is a nice place just to chillax whether that is looking over the river on the large patio at the back or on the terraced roof. The kitchen and shared spaces are cleaned every week just too keep things tidy - which is lovely. There is always a member of the team around (either a student or staff member) in case you lock yourself out of your room or have any sort of issue. They are very friendly and always checkup on you just to see if everything's okay. Would highly recommend this accommodation to any student.
