  • Investor in Students Survey: £100 Weekly Wins & £500 Global Prize
    1. Eligibility:
      • This promotional prize draw applies only to residents living with Luna at the time the survey is open, from 20 April 2026 to 4 May 2026.
      • Only residents who complete the official Luna Resident Survey in full during this period will be eligible to enter.
      • Eligibility is limited to residents of participating Luna student residences.
      • Employees of Luna Students and anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
    2. Qualifying Criteria:
      • To enter the prize draw, eligible residents must complete the Luna Resident Survey in full via the official survey link or QR code.
      • The survey is administered by Investor in Students (IIS) on behalf of Luna Students.
      • Only one entry per resident is permitted.
      • Incomplete or duplicate entries will not be eligible.
    3. Promotional Period
      • Weekly prize draws will take place each week while the survey is open.
      • The global prize draw will take place after the survey has officially closed.
      • Exact dates of the promotion and survey closing date will be communicated via Luna’s official channels.
    4. Prizes:
      • Weekly prize:
        • One £100 e‑Gift Card will be awarded each week, per Luna residence.
      • Global prize:
        • One £500 e‑Gift Card will be awarded across all participating Luna residences following the survey closure.
    5. Winner Selection & Notification:
      • Winners will be selected at random by Investor in Students (IIS) from all eligible survey responses received during the relevant draw period.
      • Weekly winners will be selected from residents of the applicable Luna residence.
      • The global prize winner will be selected after the survey has closed.
      • IIS will provide winner details to Luna Students for the purpose of prize fulfilment only.
      • Winners will be notified via official Luna communication channels using the contact details supplied to IIS.
      • If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Luna Students reserves the right to issue the prize to an alternative winner, as determined by IIS.
    6. Prize Fulfilment:
      • Prizes will be issued as a VEX e‑Gift Card.
      • e‑Gift Cards will be distributed within 1 week of winner confirmation.
      • Prizes are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    7. Data Protection & Privacy:
      • The Luna Resident Survey is administered by Investor in Students (IIS).
      • Survey responses are collected and processed by IIS in accordance with their data protection and privacy policies.
      • Luna Students will receive winner contact details only, solely for the purpose of administering and fulfilling the prizes.
      • All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Luna Students’ Privacy Policy.
    8. Additional Conditions:
      • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless stated otherwise.
      • Luna Students reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time where necessary, without prior notice.
      • Any changes will not affect entries already submitted.
    9. Fraudulent Activity:
      • Luna Students reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
        • Submitting multiple entries
        • Providing false or misleading information
      • Disqualified participants will forfeit any entitlement to prizes.
    10. Dispute Resolution:
      • In the event of a dispute regarding eligibility, entry validity or prize allocation, Luna Students’ decision will be final.

    1. Eligibility:
      • This offer applies only to bookings for stays during the 2026-2027 academic year (12-09-2026 to 03-09-2027).
      • The offer is available exclusively to students making a direct booking (no third party agents).
      • Both the referrer (existing student) and referee (new booking student) must be current or future residents of LUNA Burnsall House for the stated academic year.
    2. Qualifying Criteria:
      • This offer is valid only for new enquiries and bookings. Renewals or rebookings from current residents are not eligible.
      • The referee (new booking student) must notify the residence team in writing of the referrer’s name and details at the time of booking. Notifications after the booking is completed will not be accepted.
      • The offer applies only to bookings with a minimum stay of 15 weeks.
    3. Promotional Amount:
      • The total promotional amount is £200, with £100 allocated to each party (referrer and referee).
      • The referee will receive their promotional amount as a VEX e-Gift Card, issued once they have moved in, completed all required paperwork and paid any rent due. The e-Gift Card will be issued within 30 days of the official check-in weekend.
      • The referrer will receive their promotional amount as a VEX e-Gift Card after the referee has officially checked into their booked property. The e-Gift Card will be issued within 30 days of the referee’s check-in date.
    4. Additional Conditions:
      • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
      • The promotional amount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
      • LUNA Students reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bookings already made under the promotion.
    5. Fraudulent Activity:
      • Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to multiple referrals by the same person using fake or invalid details, will result in the immediate cancellation of the offer for all parties involved.
    6. Dispute Resolution:
      • In the event of a dispute regarding eligibility or payment of the promotional amount, LUNA Students’ decision will be final.

  • Group Booking Offer - Burnsall House
    1. Eligibility:
      • This offer applies only to bookings for stays during the 2026-2027 academic year (12-09-2026 to 03-09-2027).
      • The offer is available exclusively to students making a direct booking (no third party agents).
    2. Qualifying Criteria:
      • This offer is valid for groups of 3 or more.
      • No more than 1 member of the group can be a current or future resident of Luna Burnsall House for the stated academic year, the remaining group members must be new enquiries and bookings.
      • The group must notify the residence team in writing at the time of booking that they wish to proceed as a group booking. Notifications after the booking is completed will not be accepted.
      • The offer applies only to bookings with a minimum stay of 15 weeks.
    3. Promotional Amount:
      • The total promotional amount per person is £200.
      • Each member of the group will receive their promotional amount as a VEX e-Gift Card, issued once they have all moved in, completed all required paperwork and paid any rent due. The e-Gift Card will be issued within 30 days of the official check-in weekend.

Past Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

  • Rebooker Offer

    Offer Eligibility

    • This offer is available exclusively to current LUNA Students residents who rebook their accommodation for the 2025/26 academic year before 21.02.2025.
    • The offer applies only to bookings made directly with LUNA Students.

    Two Weeks Free

    • One free week will cover the gap between the end of your 51-week contract in 2024/25 and the start of your new contract in 2025/26, ensuring you don’t have to move out.
    • The second free week will be applied as a discount to your 2025/26 rent, deducted from your total contract amount.

    Room Selection & Deposit Rollover

    • Residents can choose to stay in their current room or move to a different available room within the property.
    • Your £250 deposit will be rolled over from your current contract to your new one, so no additional deposit payment will be required.

    Rebooker Wheel Spin

    • All residents who rebook during the promotional period will get one spin on the Rebooker Wheel, with prizes available.
    • Prizes are subject to availability and non-exchangeable.

    Booking & Payment Terms

    • Standard booking terms and conditions apply.
