The following terms and conditions apply to the Free Laundry promotion at Bridgeside, Nottingham:

1. The Offer
   1.  Customers who book an eligible studio room at Luna Bridgeside, Nottingham on a 51-week tenancy will receive a laundry card credit of £200 (the “Offer”).
   2. The Offer is available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.

   1. The Offer is available to new customers only.
   2. The Offer applies to selected studio rooms only at Luna Bridgeside, Nottingham.
   3. The Offer is only valid on 51-week tenancy agreements.
   4. The Offer is subject to availability.
3. Application of the Offer
   1. The Offer will be provided in the form of a laundry card credit.
   2. The laundry card credit will be issued following successful move-in.
   3. No cash alternative, refund, transfer, or credit against rent will be offered in lieu of the laundry card credit.
4. Limitations
   1. The stated value of £200 is fixed regardless of actual laundry usage.
   2. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, or discount unless stated otherwise by Luna.
   3. Only one promotion may be applied per tenancy agreement.
5. Booking Conditions
   1. To qualify for the Offer, customers must:
      1. complete a booking for an eligible room;
      2. enter into a 51-week tenancy agreement;
      3. pay all required deposits and rent instalments in accordance with the terms of their tenancy agreement; and
      4. move-in.
   2. Failure to comply with the tenancy agreement or payment terms may result in the Offer being withdrawn.
6. Cancellations and Termination
   1. Where a booking is cancelled or a tenancy agreement is terminated early, Luna reserves the right to:
      1. withdraw the Offer; and/or
      2. recalculate the value of the laundry card credit on a pro-rata basis for the period of occupation.
7. General
   1. The Offer is provided by Luna Students (as defined in the tenancy agreement).
   2. By accepting the Offer, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions together with the terms of their tenancy agreement.
   3. Luna reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
   4. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.

£300 Discount Promotion – Trapezium, Leeds (Academic Year 2026/27)

The following terms and conditions apply to the £300 Discount Promotion at Trapezium, Leeds:

The Offer

Customers who book any room type at Trapezium, Leeds for the 2026/27 academic year will receive a £300 discount from their tenancy fee (the “Offer”).

The Offer is available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.

Eligibility

The Offer is available to new customers booking accommodation for the 2026/27 academic year.

The Offer applies to all room types at Trapezium, Leeds.

The Offer is available for both direct bookings made with Luna and bookings made through approved accommodation agents.

The Offer is subject to availability.

The Offer applies only to tenancy agreements commencing for the 2026/27 academic year.

Application of the Offer

The £300 discount will be applied to the customer’s final rent instalment.

No cash alternative, refund, transfer, or alternative credit will be offered in lieu of the discount.

Limitations

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, incentive, cashback scheme, voucher, or discount unless expressly stated otherwise by Luna.

Only one promotion may be applied per tenancy agreement.

The Offer has no cash value and is non-transferable.

Booking Conditions

To qualify for the Offer, customers must:

• complete a booking for an eligible room at Trapezium, Leeds;

• enter into a tenancy agreement for the 2026/27 academic year;

• pay all required deposits and rent instalments in accordance with the terms of their tenancy agreement; and

• successfully move into the accommodation.

Failure to comply with the tenancy agreement or payment terms may result in the Offer being withdrawn.

Cancellations and Termination

Where a booking is cancelled or a tenancy agreement is terminated early, Luna reserves the right to:

• withdraw the Offer; and/or

• recalculate the discount entitlement on a pro-rata basis for the period of occupation.

General

The Offer is provided by Luna (as defined in the tenancy agreement).

By accepting the Offer, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions together with the terms of their tenancy agreement.

Luna reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law.

   • Both the referrer (existing student) and referee (new booking student) must be current or future residents of Luna Burnsall House, Luna Burley Studios, Luna Trapezium, Luna Medici or Luna Graystacks for the stated academic year.
2. Qualifying Criteria:
   • This offer is valid only for new enquiries and bookings. Renewals or rebookings from current residents are not eligible.
   • The referee (new booking student) must notify the residence team in writing of the referrer’s name and details at the time of booking. Notifications after the booking is completed will not be accepted.
   • The offer applies only to bookings with a minimum stay of 15 weeks.
3. Promotional Amount:
   • The total promotional amount is £200, with £100 allocated to each party (referrer and referee).
   • The referee will receive their promotional amount as a VEX e-Gift Card, issued once they have moved in, completed all required paperwork and paid any rent due. The e-Gift Card will be issued within 30 days of the official check-in weekend.
   • The referrer will receive their promotional amount as a VEX e-Gift Card after the referee has officially checked into their booked property. The e-Gift Card will be issued within 30 days of the referee’s check-in date.
4. Additional Conditions:
   • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
   • The promotional amount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • Luna Students reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bookings already made under the promotion.
5. Fraudulent Activity:
   • Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to multiple referrals by the same person using fake or invalid details, will result in the immediate cancellation of the offer for all parties involved.
6. Dispute Resolution:
   • In the event of a dispute regarding eligibility or payment of the promotional amount, Luna Students’ decision will be final.

2. Qualifying Criteria:

6. Prize Fulfilment:

• The offer applies only to bookings made directly with LUNA Students.

Two Weeks Free

• One free week will cover the gap between the end of your 51-week contract in 2024/25 and the start of your new contract in 2025/26, ensuring you don’t have to move out.
• The second free week will be applied as a discount to your 2025/26 rent, deducted from your total contract amount.

Room Selection & Deposit Rollover

• Residents can choose to stay in their current room or move to a different available room within the property.
• Your £250 deposit will be rolled over from your current contract to your new one, so no additional deposit payment will be required.
