You'll be redirected to our booking portal to select the contract length and payment plan that suits you best, and enter some personal details.

Step 3

Next up is to secure your booking by paying a deposit.

Step 4

Once your booking has been processed, you'll have 3 calendar days to upload your documentation and sign the agreement.

Very Clean

The apartment is very new. I booked it through an online agency. As it is a new building, both the rooms and the public areas are very clean. There is an elevator. The building is not very tall but quite spacious, with many households on each floor. The room is quite large, equipped with a separate washer-dryer and a TV that can be connected. The apartment often holds public activities, providing a great living experience for the residents.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment.

The apartment also has a shared kitchen that residents can use, along with a TV area, which makes it perfect for gatherings and small dinners. It’s a great place to connect with others. What makes this place even more special are the thoughtful touches during holidays. On Valentine’s Day, there were cards and candies placed at every door, which felt so warm and considerate. During the Spring Festival, the building was decorated with traditional Chinese decorations, and they even organized a hot pot gathering for everyone. It truly feels like a caring community here.
