Each studio features a full double bed with under-bed storage, a dedicated study desk & chair with pinboard and storage, a flatscreen TV, comfy lounge seating and a premium kitchenette that includes a full-sized oven alongside a 2-ring induction hob, fridge-freezer and sink. Completed by a large designer ensuite with contemporary tiling and signature terrazzo flooring, these studios offer serious main-character energy for students who want uncompromised Brighton luxury.

How to reserve

Step 1

First, find a room you like in one of our residences and click 'Book Now'.

Step 2

You'll be redirected to our booking portal to select the contract length and payment plan that suits you best, and enter some personal details.

Step 3

Next up is to secure your booking by paying a deposit.

Step 4

Once your booking has been processed, you'll have 3 calendar days to upload your documentation and sign the agreement.

The University of Brighton, University of Sussex and WaterBear College of Music are all easily accessible on foot or by local transport links right on your doorstep, making day-to-day student life completely seamless. Whether you're heading to a morning lecture or meeting friends by the coast, everything you need is within arm's reach.

    Hamilton House is perfectly positioned right next to Brighton’s primary transport hub at Old Steine, meaning you can jump on a direct bus, train or just take a short walk to any campus right outside your front door. The University of Brighton City Campus is a 3-minute walk, WaterBear College of Music is a 5 - 10-minute walk (depending which facilities you're headed to), University of Brighton Moulsecoomb Campus is a 10-minute cycle or 15-minute bus ride, and University of Sussex (Falmer Campus) is approximately 20 minutes away by bus or train.
