Your Luna Packing Guide

Getting ready to move into your new home? Whether it’s your first time living away or you’re a seasoned pro, knowing what to pack (and what to leave behind) can make all the difference.

At LUNA, we’ve made things simple. Your room already comes fully furnished, with all bills included and everything you need to settle in comfortably. This guide will help you focus on the essentials, avoid overpacking, and arrive ready to settle in, connect and make the most of your time.

What’s Already Included at LUNA

Before you start filling suitcases, here’s what you’ll already have waiting for you:

  • Comfortable double bed
  • Study desk and chair
  • Plenty of storage space
  • Private en-suite bathroom (in most rooms)
  • Fully equipped kitchenette or shared kitchen
  • Superfast WiFi
  • All utility bills included

No need to bring furniture or large appliances, we’ve got that covered.

  • Check-In Essentials
    • These are the key items you’ll need on arrival. Keep them somewhere you can access easily:

      • Photographic ID – A passport or driving licence is perfect.

      • University Student ID Number – You’ll find this on your offer letter or other uni communications.

      • Completed LUNA check-in documents – These will be emailed to you ahead of move-in. Can’t find them? Just get in touch with your LUNA property team and they’ll resend them.

      • Proof of cleared rent payments – You won’t be able to check in unless your rent is fully paid. You can view your balance and make payments via your LUNA  account.

💡 Coming from overseas? Bank transfers can take 5–10 working days to clear. Contact your property team before you travel to double-check everything is in order.
